About energy bodies
It is all about energy

Modern science acknowledges that we are made up of energy fields, and that the world is a dynamic web of inseparable energy patterns. We live in a sea of multiple energy fields. Energy can't be destroyed, it can only be transformed from one form to another.

Have you seen this video??? Hosted by NASA and the National Institute for Aerospace -- it offers some wonderful food for thought about the energy bodies and their interractions. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKqpiS9tj gQ

Since everything is made of energy, we are affected by any and all changes in energy around us - we are energy.
We are not our behavior and our belief!
It is all about vibration, frequency, oscillation... how romantic!

Reiki energy of its broad frequency brings harmony into

  • the physical body and all subtle energy bodies,
  • body energy centers, called chakras,
  • "energy veins" called meridians

The energy fields around the human body in the Physical Plane is created by the movement of energy and consciousness within the chakras (see below for more information.) The first energy that comes outside the physical body is the etheric field. With specific techniques it can be seen by anybody. The Krilian photography confirmed scientifically its existence. It is a belief that that etheric body is the energetic twin to your physical body, when many healing activities can be performed what will eventually affect the physical state. The etheric, mental and emotional subtle bodies in the Physical Plane can be seen as the aura.

The Astral and Spiritual Plane energy plays an important role in our harmonious living. If not so harmonious - it needs to be balanced. The Reiki energy comes to the rescue.

Physical Plane

Physical Body as we know it

Etheric Double: Direct chakra connection with the Root, Properties – Physical. This is the energy twin to the physical body. An illness will appear in the Etheric Twin before it enters the physical body.

Emotional Body; Direct chakra connection – Sacral, Properties - the Mind, This layer generates emotions. These emotions enter the etheric body, then the physical body. (Bad day at work -- a headache appears) Emotions are stored in the emotional body. Emotions in the form of blockages can enter the physical body as disease. (cancer and other critical diseases)

Mental Body; Direct chakra connection with the Solar Plexus, Properties - the Mind, rational thinking (lower mental). Most of us exist here in daily life. We may say that some of us live in their heads. Our thoughts create our reality. Emotions are attached to thought forms in this body and may create blockages of psychological nature.

Astral Plane

Astral Body; Direct chakra connection – Heart, This is the area of higher expression on a physical, emotional, and mental level.

Spiritual Plane

Etheric Template; Direct chakra connection – Throat, This is the template for the Etheric Body. We work in the Etheric Template and the Etheric Double when the physical body shows a disease

Celestial Body;  Direct chakra connection - Third Eye, Enlightenment and intuitive thought are housed here.

Causal Body;  Direct chakra connection – Crown, Properties - Divine Source, Our filing cabinet for our energy field, Our telegraph office to the higher self.

Seven Chakras in human energy field

Crown Chakra: Thought, Universal identity, oriented to self-knowledge
This is the chakra that relates to consciousness as pure awareness. It is our connection to the greater world beyond, to a timeless, space less place of all-knowing. When developed, this chakra brings us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual connection, and bliss. This is your connection to the upper brain and the right eye and the association with the pineal endocrine gland.

Brow Chakra: Light, Archetypal identity, oriented to self-reflection
This chakra is known as third eye center. It is related to the act of seeing, both physically and intuitively. As such it opens our psychic faculties and our understanding of archetypal levels. When healthy it allows us to see clearly, in effect, letting us "see the big picture." This is your connection to ears, nose, lower brain, nervous system and left eye. This chakra is associated with the pituitary endocrine gland.

Throat Chakra: Sound, Creative identity, oriented to self-expression
This is the chakra located in the throat and is thus related to communication and creativity. Here we experience the world symbolically through vibration, such as the vibration of sound representing language. This is your connection to lungs, larynx, alimentary canal. This chakra is associated with thyroid, parathyroid endocrine glands.

Heart Chakra: Air, Social identity, oriented to self-acceptance
This chakra is the middle chakra in a system of seven. It is related to love and is the integrator of opposites in the psyche: mind and body, male and female, persona and shadow, ego and unity. A healthy fourth chakra allows us to love deeply, feel compassion, have a deep sense of peace and centeredness. This is your connection to heart, blood, circulatory system. This chakra is associated with thymus endocrine gland.

Solar Plexus Chakra: Fire, Ego identity, oriented to self-definition
This chakra is known as the power chakra. It rules our personal power, will, and autonomy, as well as our metabolism. When healthy, this chakra brings us energy, effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power. This is your connection to stomach, gall bladder and liver. This chakra is associated with pancreas endocrine gland.

Creative Chakra: Water, Emotional identity, oriented to self-gratification
The second chakra, located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs, is related to the element water, and to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. Ideally this chakra brings us fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment, and the ability to accept change. This is your connection to reproductive system. This chakra is associated with testes or ovaries endocrine glands.

Root Chakra: Earth, Physical identity, oriented to self-preservation
Located at the base of the spine, this chakra forms our foundation. It represents the element earth, and is therefore related to our survival instincts, and to our sense of grounding and connection to our bodies and the physical plane. Ideally this chakra brings us health, prosperity, security, and dynamic presence. This is your connection to spinal column and kidneys. This chakra is associated with adrenals endocrine glands.

14 Major Meridians in Human Body

Meridian network is the body's energy transportation system and can be affected by Reiki intention for flashing and restoring.

They are energy pathways that connects hundreds of tiny reservoirs of heat, electromagnetic and more subtle energies along the surface of the skin. There is a system of duct like tubules 0.5-1.5 microns in diameter that contain a free-flowing, colorless, non-cellular liquid which may be partly actuated by the heart. These meridians have been measured and mapped by modern technological methods, electronically, thematically, and radio-actively. With practice, they can also be felt.

There are specific acupuncture points along the meridians. These points are electro-magnetic in character and consist of small, oval cells which surround the capillaries in the skin, the blood vessels, and the organs throughout the body. There are some 500 points which are being used most frequently in a definite sequence, depending on the action desired.

There are following major meridians: the Central Meridian, the Governing Meridian, the Spleen Meridian, the Heart Meridian, the Small Intestine Meridian, the Bladder Meridian, the Kidney Meridian, the Circulation-Sex Meridian, the Triple Warmer Meridian, the Gall Bladder Meridian, the Liver Meridian, the Lung Meridian, the Large intestine Meridian, the Stomach Meridian (shown as an example on a picture.) In most cases, this name is similar to the name of a gross organ we're familiar with.

There are specific alarm points (acupuncture points) on each meridian that act as circuit breakers on the meridian system. Testing the alarm point can tell you if a meridians energies are overloaded, deficient, scrambled, or sluggish. Yet muscle test indication of energy blockage doesn't mean there's damage to the organ named. We cannot say that a weak muscle means a weak organ - we can only note that a portion of the meridian energy flow indicates blockage or constriction.

There are methods which I will propose to correct imbalances in your meridians.
